Hung Over Meme

I've been wanting to do a meme for a while, and I had finally had the chance to finish one...my hands are in pain, but now they can rest for momentarily. Also it's been a while since I've posted on here, so I apologies for the inactiveness and not being respondent OTL I'm sorry guys. Work and school have been keeping me really busy so my energy just dies after I'm out of work or classes O<-<
But I hope I can post on here soon, if time admits me, and be able to respond properly.

Anyways the characters that I used are of my own and of a long time friend of mine
